My simple philosophy: I am not separate from the world around me; like a wave of an ocean or an arm of a body, I am integral - I am of the earth. In appreciation that comes from being fully present, in this place, in this moment, and in celebration of life and this Benevolent Earth, I lead and teach meditation and yoga, create and craft art, and serve as a non-theist Officiant for rites-of-passage. This site is my way of sharing that simple philosophy with you. I hope you find inspiration in the teachings and beauty in the crafts.
